Do you want to become a member of our community? We are delighted to welcome you as a new member. Below you will find information about how to apply for membership.

Step 1: Download the membership application form

To become a member, you can download the membership application form through the link below. The form is available in a digital format that you can fill out electronically, or you can choose to print it and fill it out manually.

Step 2: Fill out the form

Complete the membership application form fully and accurately. Make sure to provide all the required information, such as your personal details, contact information, and any other relevant details.

Submitting the Form

You have two options for sending the completed form to us:

1. Digital submission: If you choose to fill out the form electronically, you can save the completed form and send it to our email address: nihsbrabant@gmail.com.

2. Print and send: If desired, you can print the completed form and send it to us by mail at the following address: Hendrik Casimirstraat 23, 5616 BJ, Eindhoven.

Step 4: Confirmation and Processing

Once we have received your completed membership application form, we will process it as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation of your membership application along with any further instructions, if necessary.
